---Process Description:
1). Magnetic separation
The cylinder magnetic separator of cold pressed coconut oil machine consists of shell, rotating door, magnetic core, etc. The magnetic core consists of distributing umbrella shape hat, magnetic ring, magnetic core cylinder. The raw materials get into the machine through the upper flange inlet, then through the distributing umbrella shape hat to make the materials fall down averagely, if there are iron materials inside the rice bran, the iron materials will be absorbed by the magnetic ring, to separate with soybean.
The cylinder magnetic separator has the advantages of no power, saving energy, easy maintenance and usage, etc.
2). Crusher
It use the crusher which specialized for dried coconut, outside appearance is stainless steel, inside use4d alloy steel blades which has good crushing effect and has high working efficiency.
3).Cooking
Adopts layer type cooking pot, the max distance between mixing wing and bottom of pot is 5mm for each layer, which avoid the nonuniform of raw materials. The whole pot is wholly sealed to keep the max humidity of the space of raw materials, to reach the best flaking effect and reduce the powder degree.
4). First Pressing-Prepressing
Since the dried coconut of cold pressed coconut oil machine are a kind of high oil content oilseeds, so we usually adopts prepressing first then solvent extraction method to get the oil out maximumlly. The prepressing methods can get 70% oil out, the oil residue in cake is about 15-20%. Adopts the prepressing process can make preparation for second pressing process to get oil out as much as possible.
5). Second Pressing
Adopt domestic mature oil presser which specialized for coconut, the oil residue in cake after pressing is around 5-8%, the most advantages of this machine are one time pressing, low energy consumption, low floor space, etc.
6). Filtration
Adopts automatic slag discharging filter to avoid the trouble of human cleaning the cloth, which has high efficiency, the oil residue will return for pressing automatically, also this section of cold pressed coconut oil machine assembles slag extractor to ensure there are minimum oil residue in crude oil to guarantee the following degumming effect.

---Technology Description:
1). Degumming Section
The solid impurities in crude coconut oil will be removed by bag filter, and measured accurately by mass flowmeter, and then enter the degumming workshop to remove the colloidal, the crude coconut oil heated will be ex-changed the heated, it will be fully mixed with phosphoric acid, the mixture will react in the acid tank. After the reaction, the alkali liquid will be added in, the partial neutralization reaction will be done here, and then the colloidal, starch and other impurities contains in oil will be separated out.
All temperature in the whole degumming process of cold pressed coconut oil machine is automatic control and adjustable, and all operations can completely achieve in control room.

2). Decoloring Section
The degummed oil will be pre-heated by the deodorization refined oil, then it will be heated and enter pre-mixing tank. Meanwhile, the clay which is measured by metering device directly in clay tank, and then the measured clay will be added to the pre-mixing tank. After a fully mixing, the mixture of clay and oil will be sent into the decoloring tower, the color will be removed here. The decolorization reaction in decoloring tower will last about 30-60 minutes.
Then the mixture will be pumped out and filtered by Armagh filter, the waste clay will be separated from the oil. The residue clay particle of cold pressed coconut oil machine will be firstly filtered by the precision filter and then go into the gassing evolution tank to remove the moisture and volatile matter. The whole decolorization process temperature is self-control and adjustable. The filtration system has achieved the feeding oil automatically, circulation, filtration, baked cakes, slag and other operations by manual implementation .

3). Deodorization Section
Gas substances from the decolored oil from the decolorization section will enter the deodorization section to remove the free fatty acids and unpleasant gas.
