The New Digital Ultrasonicator is a powerful ultrasound processor for liquid treatments on bench-top and industrial scale. Common applications include homogenization, emulsification, dispersing & particle fine milling, lysis & extraction, dissolving or sonochemical reactons such as sono-synthesis and sono-catalysis.
Technical Data
Ultrasonic in the liquid produced hundreds of thousands of times per second, make the liquid to break into tiny bubbles of vibration, these bubbles in the role of the continuous, rapid growth, then suddenly closed, produce the super shock wave, around the bubble produced thousands of atmospheres of pressure and local high temperature, the physical phenomenon known as ultrasonic cavitation effect.
Without changing the original process of biodiesel production, it can increase the output of 20-30%, reduce the amount of catalyst, with ultraosnic treatment, it can increase the production efficiency.
