Introduction of related equipment:

1. Raw Material Mixer

This equipment can mix floury, grainy material, fresh meat etc; it’s the first step of food processing. It use shape mixing method, drive by a electromotor, mainly using for mixing raw material, water and additives. Raw material mixed fast and evenly.

2. Double- screw Extruder

It's composed by feeding system, extruding system, heating system, driving system, cutting system and control system. The raw material is put into barrels by feeder, after high temperature and high pressure in the barrels, and then extruded through the mould; the raw material is expanded to expect shape.

3. Air conveyor

The main function of air conveyer is to transmit material from upper level
machine to next level machine. It contains Air blower, feeding cone and air
pipe etc. it is equipment with multipurpose function, it can work under many dry
puffed foods production line.

4. Oven

The dryer is to and fro structure, it contains transmission electrical motor, stainless steel carrying belt, infrared heating pipes and supporting frame. As puffed foods and snacks go through the drier, they will be dried quickly in a clean condition. In the all production line, this drier can dry materials quickly.

5. Belt conveyor

It uses helix screw, transporting mixed raw materials into the extruder. The entire elevator is all made by stainless steel, easy to operate. Shift time can be adjusted also it is fully automatic.

6. Automatic Flavoring line

This line includes: hoister, flavors sprayer, oil sprayer, and coating drum. American Extrusion International coating tumblers are specially designed to apply seasoning to your bake or fry type product in a uniform manner. Coating drums are manufactured to suit all capacity requirements. Standard sizes range from 8' length x 23" diameter to 11' length x 36" diameter. All come standard with a stainless steel frame with adjustable legs. Motor, bracket, and oil spray pipe and nozzle are also standard.

7.Cooling conveyor
