The model FY-DSP160 is one of wet type fish feed processing machine with pre-condtioner, which is needed to be equipped with steam boiler. It widely used for processing grain materials into floating and sink fish feed, different shaped pet food, poultry feed pellets and so on. The floating feed can float on the water for 12 hours at least without water pollution.

Raw Material of Feed Pellets
Our fish feed processing machine is based on the raw material of corn meal, Wheat bran, rice bran, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, fish meal, bone meal, meat meal etc. Then the material can be expanded to pellet feed which is with different shape, unique taste and rich nutrition, suitable for dog, cat, fish, bird, rabbit fox etc.

5. The wet type extruder is built pre-conditioner on the top, and it needs to work with steam boiler. Therefore, at the same motor power, the output of wet type(FY-DSP) extruder is higher than that of dry type (FY-DGP).
6. Our machine can make feed pellet from dia.1.0mm-20mm just by changing the mold.
7. High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easy to digest.
8. We will send 3 sets moulds,1 whole set of wearing spare parts and service tool for you freely.
