Usage of pet food extruder :
It can produce different shapes fodder for fish, dog, cat etc. For fish, the fodder can be floating or sinking. Through the pretreatment of the fodder, it can reduce loss of nutrition and advance the protein ratio. So the fodder will be digested easily by animals.
Types of pet food extruder :
With different mould, the machine can produce different diameter fodder, such as 0.9mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm etc. Also there are several shapes fodder. This line is fully automatic.

Q:What’s the difference between dry type extruder and wet type extruder?
A: The biggest difference is the wet type need a steam boiler while the dry type does n’t in the case. The dry type is cheaper than the wet one.while the feed pellets made by wet extruder is much smooth and with better quality.
Q:What kind of raw material should i use?
A:A significant majority of protein should come from aquatic animals(Fish, Salmon, Herring, Krill, Brine Shrimp, Plankton, Squid) and plants(Spirulina, Kelp, Spinach, Algae, Vegetable Extract) and not from protein add-ons and fillers such as soy, wheat, and corn products, which should (ideally)be limited to no more than 20% of the food.
By changing the moulds,can make different shape of food for pet such as cat,dog.
