It is a Machine which can mix all the raw materials(powder form) with water and liquid chemical additives.

2.Screw Conveyor

The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.

3.Double-Screw Extruder

The Double-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system and controlling system.

4.Air Conveyor

This machine is used to carry expanded food to the next device.

5.Multi-layer Oven

It is used for drying.The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. The temperature also can be controlled. Multi-layer Oven is with compact size than other type dryers.

6.Flavoring Machine
This machine is used to flavor the finished products.
