Mixer
It is a Mixer which can mix all the raw materials (powder form) with water and liquid chemical additives.
Capacity: 20-30kgs per batch.
Screw Conveyor
The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.
Extruder
The Single-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system and controlling system.
The pet chews molding machine uses PLC automatic to control, easy to operate. It can have 100 sets mold data storage. The machine uses servo motors, high performance, low energy consumption. Injection part precise temperature control to ensure the material flow. According to customer requirements, we can design different molds. Injection, Clamping and ejection precise control by electronic ruler to ensure the shape and quality of pet chews.
Cutter

Hoister

Cooling Conveyor
It can make the food be cool avoiding sticking together and be suitable for packing. The total length of the conveyor is 5 meters. It is full set stainless steel.The height can be adjusted based on the requirement.
