1.Different combinations of process can process various oil plants in one workshop.
2.Use special intensified pretreatment technology for aroma peanut oil to make it more aroma.
3.Adopt advanced and reliable shelling technology to meet higher requirements for protein content in meal.
4.Extrusion treatment is used for raw material with hard extraction,large-sized power,and large capacity,which can reduce residual oil and solvent consumption,and increase the capacity by 50%-80%.
5.The new technology of shelling and low-temperature treatment can ensure high protein and least denaturation.
Solvent extraction technology
oil extraction plant designed by our company mainly include Rotocel extraction, Loop type extractor and Towline extractor. According to different raw material, we adopt different type, and we adopt D.T.D.C Desolventizer machine, Full negative pressure evaporation and paraffin recyling equipment at the same time. Equipments are with high quailty, advanced technology, high safety, interlocking control, automatic control, stable operation, low consumption, low oil residue and quality final products.

The refining is based on the different and equipment we adopt suits different kinds of vegetable oil process. According to the raw material and capacity, we can use batch, continuous, physical and chemical refining design. The product oil can reach first to fourth grade. Guarantee the highest quality in lowest cost.
