Oil cleaning is the process of using various equipment to separate the impurities in oil crops.

The purpose of the oil clean:

1. Reducing the loss of oil content, improve the oil yield efficiency.

2. mprove the quality of grease, cake and by-products.

3. Improve the ability of handling equipment.

4.Reduce the wear of the equipment.

5. To reduce and eliminate the dust of the workshop.

Peanut pretreatment process

a. Cleaning device:remove the raw material peanut in various impurities, such as: iron, 

stones, clump, such as the plant leaf, clean up till impurity content does not exceed 0.2%.

b.Crushing machine: peanut is crushed into 6-8 pieces. In order to meet the requirements 

of crushing, the peanut is suitable for crushing with the moisture of  7% to 12%.

c. Softening process:the purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature 

of oil, and make it soft. 

d.Flaking process: rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to increae surface 

area, destroy the peanut cell tissue, shorten the way of oil out from cake.

e:Cooking process: use steam cooking, inject direct steam and cook the flakes to meet the 

requirement of oil press.

f.Pre-press: press the flakes to leave about 16%-18% in the cake. The cake will go to extraction 

process.

g.Second oil oress: Press the cake till the oil residue is about 5%.

Refining process 

(1) Refining section: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.(2) Decoloring section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate.

(3) Deodorizing section: to remove off the odor components in oil.

(4) Dewax: used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.

(5) Heattransfer oil stove: supply each device production needing heat energy,temperature reach above 280C. 

(6) Steam generator: produce the needing steam for distillation.

(8) Press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.

(9) Air compressor: blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
