1. Introduction of animal oil refinery equipment :
This is the project quotation for 10- 400TPD oil refining equipments.
This refining plant will do the processes of degumming, deacidification, animal oil refinery equipment drying,
decoloration, winterization, deodorization etc. to the crude rapeseeds oil got from the
pre-pressing and solvent extracting plant, and then get First-grade Edible Rapeseeds Oil.

2. Brief Introduction of Technological Process of animal oil refinery equipment :

Crude oil → Degumming, deacidification → Decoloration → Winterization → Deodorization
→ Refined oil

Process description
4.2.1 Degumming and deacidification process
The crude oil will be filtered out impurities via oil filter, and then sent to heater to be heated
to certain temperature and come to the mixer. After high-speed mixing in mixer will be sent to
hydration reactor to do full reaction. Then sent to mixer to do neutralization reaction by rapid
mixing of adding alkali, and then use the first self-cleaning centrifuge to do oil residue separation
after full reaction. The separated heavy phase will enter into stock tank of oil residue, and the
light phase oil will be added hot water and mixed to wash the rest soap in oil and then sent to the
second centrifuge to separate the soap water and oil. The separated oil will be sent to
decoloration process after heat exchanger / heating / animal oil refinery equipment drying, and the soap water will
discharge out from the workshop after oil recovery in oil-water separator.
4.2.2 Decoloration process
The drying degummed and deacidification oil will be mixed with clay after heating, and then
enter the bleaching tower to do decolorization process. Clay will be lifted to temporary storage
tank with a pneumatic system, and be added into oil in production by continuous metering device.
The bleaching oil will be pumped into leaf blade pressure filter to be filtered, and two filters will
work alternatively to realize continuous process. Filtered turbid oil will be returned back to the
bleaching tower to do filtration again, and decoloration oil will be sent to next procedure after
security filtering.
The Clay residue after filtering out will be carried out of the workshop by small cart.
4.2.3 Winterization process (Remove the wax and solid fats)
The bleaching oil enters into decoloration tank, and pour frozen brine into tank inner pipe,
when oil temperature reaches to 25℃ after heating exchanging with cold oil and cooling, pump
oil into crystallization tank. And pour frozen brine into interlayer of crystallization tank to keep the
crystallization temperature. When reaches to crystallization time, use screw pump to pump oil
into winterization filter to filter out winterization oil and send it into winterization oil tank to make
heating exchanging with entering deodorization oil. After that pump the oil into finished oil tank.
The filtered solid fats will enter into solid fats tank after hot melted.
4.2.4 Deodorization process
The oil to be deodorized enters into heat exchanger for heat exchange with deodorized oil,
the oil after heat exchange will be heated via heater to reach the temperature required by
deodorization process and enters into deodorization tower. Finally, the heater will heat for oil.
The deodorization animal oil refinery equipment will be generated by four stage steam jet pump.
During deodorization, the oil will overflow out from each tray of the top part of deodorization
tower, and each tray with direct steam to make oil remove the odor substance under high
temperature animal oil refinery equipment. Gas will be discharged from the tower top and be captured by fatty acid
collector, non-condensable gas will be pumped away by animal oil refinery equipment pump. And part of the fatty acid
got by collector will be used cyclically to collect deodorizer distillate continuously, and the rest will
be pumped out for storage. There is liquid level control system at the bottom of deodorization
tower to keep the stable liquid level. The deodorized oil will be cooled to safe temperature via
cooler after heat exchanging with bleaching oil, and finally enters into storage tank after polishing,
filtering, and metering.

3.Application of animal oil refinery equipment :

Plant oil, such as palm oil, soybean oil, rice bran oil etc, animal oil, oil materials with high acid value and more impurities.
