Animal oil extraction equipment technology:
Technology characteristics:animal oil refined by former procedure,and achieves the GB standard oil level(formerly known as:advancedcooking oil).In process design it adopt foreign advanced,unique structural design on key equipment s.The entire production line technology has advanced,reliablility and flexibility operation,which make palmitic,stearic,liquid oil after fractionation meet the requirement of the quality.
Oil fractionation equipment can fract 10°c,16°c,20°c,24°c different high grade soft fat palm oil and 50°c stearic oil and so on,the rate of soft fat is more than 75%.The syetem uses 3-100t/d complete sets of equipment animal oil,palm oil refining and fractionation programmable intelligent to control the oil temperature,oil level,cooling water frozen water switch,the flow velocity and other data,all computers adopt man-machine interface display,one person can complete the operation independently.
Main equipments:
Neutralizing pot: for acid refining, alkali refining and washing;
Decolouring pot: for bleaching the oil and removing the pigment;
Deodorization pot: for remove the odour of the oil; (stainless steel)
Heat-conducting oil furnace: providing the 3-100t/d complete sets of equipment animal oil,palm oil refining and fractionation required by declourizing and
deodorizing, it can reach 755mmHg or more;
Air compressor: for drying declourizing clay;
Filter press: for filtering clay;
Steam generator: for generating the required steam of deodorizing distillation
