Introduction:
Our multi plate screw press is more advanced than traditional dewatering systems which can be easily blocked by low concentrated sludge. The BOEEP screw press allows for automatic continuous sludge flocculation, thickening, dewatering and filtrate discharging. The thickening zone allow the system to process both highly concentrated sludge as well as sludge with a high water content.

How It Works:
The wastewater is pushed into the dewatering machine.The sludge will move to the sludge cake outlet under the pressure of the helical aixs blades. Becuse the gap among the helical blades become nIntegrated Animal Waste Dehydrator Sewage Treatment Equipment (MYDL101)er, so the sludge bear heavier pressure and begain to dewatering under the pressure. The water comes out from the space between fixed and moving plates.
