Working Principle of Cow Chicken Manure Dryer Machine
1).The compelete set of cow manure rotary dryer equipment mainly is composed of the crushing drum dryer,burning furnace,feed port,transmission base,gear,cyclone,motor,reducer,2 sets temperature monitor,
cyclone,deodorization tower,fan,etc.2).The wet chicken manure will conveyed from the feed screw directly into the cow manure rotary dryer raised by the drum wall panels repeatly and scattred by the crushing dispersion devices;
3).The wet raw material and the negative high-temperature media are combined sufficiently to complete heat and mass transfer process of cow manure rotary dryer;
4).As the result of the rotary drum wind angle and the induced air,the feed materials move slowly and discharged from the spiral after drying,the exist gas handled by the dust precipitator,venting to the atmosphere.
Application Scope
(1) Chemical industry, miners, metallurgy and other industries, such as minerals, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, diatomite, kaolin.
(2) Agriculture, feed, fertilizer industry, such as straw, grass, leaves, fish meal, corn syrup, starch dregs, lees, dregs, pomace, soy sauce residue, bagasse, peat, organic fertilizer, sewage sludge, waste water, waste products, food factory slaughtering plant waste, organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer ammonium sulfate.
(3) Drying of powdery and granular materials with special requirements. Such as various crystals, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, inorganic slurry, clay, lime slurry, ore slurry, phosphorus slag, red mud of aluminum factory.
(4) Low temperature drying, and large quantities of continuous drying of materials.

Installation of Cow Chicken Manure Dryer Machine :

2. The dryer body should be vertical wih level when install.
