Little work done is required at site with ANTEXT extruder system. We provide you with almost everything that is needed to start extruding right away. Just a little connection works on your end, and we're good to go!
ANTEXT Extrusion System includes motors, steam, water and oil stations complete with flowmeters plus piping and PLC Controls system!
Buyer just needs to provide following to complete the system:
• Mash material supply to ANTEXT SS Holding Bin
• Water supply to ANTEXT water station
• Steam supply to ANTEXT steam station
• Oil supply to ANTEXT oil station
• Field wiring and electrical power connection to ANTEXT PLC system
• Product takes away system to ANTEXT dryer
For proper equipment sizing, ANTEXT will require following inputs from Buyer
