Product Information
1. Feed Extruder machine is used for making aquatic floating fish feed Pellets or,pet food for dog, parrots or cat, pet fish food.
2. Pellets diameter can be 0.6-16mm. It owned low consumption, high capacity,easy operation, working reliability.
3. Feed Ingredient can be soybean meal, grain powder, bone meal, fish meal, Blood meal. Putting all materials into machine, can get different shape pellets according to different models, great flavor, nourishing, the final product are widely used in frog,dog, cat, fish, craw fish or other different animals.
4. The made pellets can float on the water for more than 12 hours without spreading,which is easy fo animal to eat.
Feature & Application
By puffing corn, soybeans or other grains, or by puffing fish meal,bone meal,dried blood,feather meal, to make pellets,such as:
fish feed (catfish,tilapia,shrimps,etc.)
pet food (dog,cat,birds,rabbits,etc.),
Bullfrog feed,by changing molds and ingredients.
The Puffing pellets can keep floating for 3-15 hours without pollution to water.
The floating time controlled by the puffing degree can be adjustable.
The pellets can be sinking or floating by changing ingredients and heating temperature.
The pellets diameters and Shape can be changed by the molds.
The pellets length is adjustable by the speed of the cutting motor.
Electric heating device is adjustable which can improve the feed expansion rate and pellets floating time.
High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.
