1.Description:
Pet food is plant or animal material intended for consumption by dogs or other canines, cat ect. The pet food is close to the human beings food in the fine level, the health index and the nutritional ingredients, some of them request more highly than human beings.
In extruder, the ingredients are cooked under intense heat and pressure as it moves toward the open end of the extruder where ingredients pass through a shaping die and knife. Dog food is dried in a multi-pass dryer until its moisture content is low enough to make it shelf stable. Dog food may pass through a coating drum where animal fat and vitamins are applied onto dog food.

2. Twin screw extruder with electricity heating system :
1. Stable performance: It bears with frequency inverter computer controlling system with high automatic degree and stable performance in operation.
2. Permanent working life: with special material and technology, the screw and barrels can work continuously for 15000-20000 hour (2-3 year) under conditions of high wear and pressure.
3. We can change voltage according to clients' different requests.
4. Thousands of different kinds/shapes of pet food can be produced in same extruder even same line by changing some mould/die shapes easily.
5. It has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
6. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
