a. Main Parts of Twin screw extruder with electricity heating system:

b. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process;

The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or

clean the barrel and screw, when replacing materials.

c. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel which is made by #45 steel with stainless steel coating.

d. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function with extends gear life.

e. Cutting knives are fixed on the die head seat with rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

We could provide workshop drawings with electricity power, water supply, gas power,

raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, worker’s fitting room etc according to customer needs.

6. Oversea installation and commissioning the equipment;

A. During delivery machines to client’s factory, we start to apply for Visa; After machines arrives at your factory,

our technicians are ready to start for commissioning service.

B. We dispatch 1-2 technicians to your factory for installation and commissioning service;

C. Our engineers have responsibility to train and teach workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair

all the machines, until the workers could operate the processing line well.

D. Normally it spends 15 days for commissioning service. We provide 1 year guarantee after commissioning date and

supply spare parts for customer at preferential price for an extended long time;

E. Customers supply round-trip flight tickets, room and accommodation and daily $50 as subsidy for technician.
