3. Products: This line can be used to produce fish pellets, the pellets size can be from 1.0mm to 9.0mm by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce dog food, cat food

2. Feeding system, extruding system and cutting system, adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.

3. Automatic lubrication and cooling system guarantee the extruder running safely.

4. According to different material, we can choose the relative single or double screw feeding system; the material should be uniformity and stable.

Dryer:

This kind of dryer is widely used for drying all kinds of stick, piece, grain or other food.

The user can choose different layer, length, energy according to different food.

The whole machines are compact design, logical and easy to operate.

Driving system adopts double pitch roller chain driving, circulating drying and balanced running , never jam.

Drying time and temperature can be adjusted, effect of drying is capitally.

With high efficiency fuel saving system, reasonable heat distribution, material be heated, low energy consumption but large output.

Seasonging machine:

The device is applicable to a wide range can be used for all kinds of extruded snacks and fried snacks, pet food in seasoning and coating oil , sugar.

Materials will be in the roller automatically through elevator.

There is a flavoring quantity control device on the roller, make sure flavor spread evenly on snacks.

Rotary roller adopts complete molding, no dead angle inside.

Oil spray nozzle can adjustable the oil amount ,spraying equally.
