♣ . Feeding System: special designed bin without subside materials ensures no bridging inside of bin and auto feeding system is available.
♣ . SKF Bearing is adopted inside of driving box ensured stable driving and long service life.
♣ . The cutter is with movable cutter base. The knife is made of spring steel and toothed with die plate well; FC inverter is used for control of cutter and the length of pellet can be adjusted.

Features

♣. It is widely used for feed industry, such as for full fat soybean, maize, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rice bran extrusion. It is also can be used for extruded food in food industry and pre-treatment of soybean in oil extraction industry.

♣. The barrel and screw are easily for mounting and maintenance with long service life.

♣. It can kill bad bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella and starch can be gelatinized fully and absorb rate of protein can be increased significantly.

♣. The feeder is frequency controlled, therefore feeding rate and uniformity can be adjusted flexibly.

♣. Raw materials needn’t to tempering treatment before going into the extruder, thus will remove the boiler and steam pipeline system,which is necessary for tempering treatment. The moisture of extruded products is just right to cool and do not need to dry, it can greatly reduce the initial investment of that equipments.

Working Principle

Materials enter into feeding device through hopper, and become loose stired by the arch device, then it go into hopper through feeding device,under the operation of screw feeder. In this process, the power is from motor of screw feeder and motor is connected with the reducer and screw feeder linked.The material from hopper began to enter into the extruding progress, the main motor drive extruder’s movement through the belt drive, , and the material moved to discharging end with screw rod rotation, the material in extruder fully squeezed, rubbed and cutted by screw, high temperature and high pressure will be produced, which can effectively kill the harmful bacteria, also makes starch α, protein long peptide bond is broken, urease in soybeans is destroyed, thus will greatly enhance the absorption rate of feed on animal. Material will be extruded because of the sudden released high temperature and high pressure from expander. If required to produce different kinds of soybean,you can change ring die of different diameter, it is very easy and convenient.
