Working Principle:
The Main Spindle drives per gear in each layer, and gears drives per mesh belt in each layer, so that the power of gear motor to be transmitted. Each gear has smart power transmission device to adjust the transmission power automatically.

Characteristics of Spiral Cooling/Freezing Tower(transmit layer by layer):
1. Nylon card rail in both sides are stable, without machine jams or upturning fault.
2. Due to its intelligent transmission technology, the mesh belt in each layer can adjust its tension automatically, keep the transmission force in each layer equal.
3. Adopts high strength Nylon card rail and low friction PP guide rail, resulting in lubricant in rotating unnecessary, scraps caused by friction not to drop or pollute food.
4. Food input and output directions to be customized according to customer’s workshop layout, such as Input in Lower entrance, well come out from higher exit, Input in Higher entrance, well Output from Lower exit, Twin Inputs+Twin Outputs, Three Inputs+Three Outputs, Round Circle or Ellipse Spiral Towers.

The Spiral Cooling/Freezing Tower is suitable for bulk and packaged foods. It runs as usual at a temperature of 40 °C below.
Deep Freezing
* Deep-Freezing Spiral Tower to be designed according to the usage of foods.
* Cooling/Freezing Settlement to be customized for bread, pizza, dumplings, wonton, fresh vegetable, fish or other meat.

After finishing the production,we will clean and packed the machine before it is qualified by the QC manager.
First,we will put drying desiccant inside the machine,
then put 6mm cystosepiment outside it and upgrade the thermal contracting film.
Finally,we will reforce with wooden case and metal steel belt.
We will upgrade again according to different machine to protect the damage of the machine before loading the container

2. what is the grantee period?
The ordinary type is 12 months, and the luxury type is 24 months, and if any components damaged in grantee period, we will send same free components by air and will guide for installation.
3. Do you supply overseas installation? How many days you need?And what about the charge?
Yes, we are sure to supply overseas installation. Generally, whole production line installation will need about 7 days. And the customer should charge for the visa, the air tickets, the accommodation and the saAOCNO spiral cooler food extruder machine cooling tower.
4. What about the packing?
After finishing the production, we will clean and packed it before it is qualified by the QC manager. First we will put drying desiccant inside the machine (protect the machine from wet damage during the transportation), then put 6mm cystosepiment outside it and upgrade the thermal contracting film. Finally we will put wooden case and steel belt. We will upgrade again according to different machine to protect the damage of the machine before loading the container.
5. What is the delivery time?
The single machine is 7 working days, and small and medium production line is 20-30 working days,
and full automatic line is 30-45 working days after receiving deposit.
6. What is the payment?
Less than 10000 USD is 100% T/T in advance.
More than 10000 USD is 50% T/T in advance and balance is before shipment.
We can also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
And we can also accept Western Union.
