Machines involved in making Core Filling Snacks

1. Mixer:To mix corn meal with water to prepare the flour for snacks.

2. Screw Conveyor:To convey material flour to the Extruder.

3. Twin-Screw Extruder:To cook the corn meal and extrude the snacks from the mould .

4. Core Filling Machine:To make the core filling material for the snacks.

5. Multifunction Shaper:To cut the snacks into pieces.

6. Large-hoister:To convey the snacks to the oven.

7. Multi-layer oven:To dry the Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks pillows by reducing the moisture content from them.

8. Flavoring Line:To add required seasoning to the core filling snacks to give the different flavors to them.
