1. Description

A. Machines Materials: This line is with reasonable design and high automation;

the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and

self-cleaning function.

B. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can

make it according to customers’ Local voltage.

C. Raw Materials: The ingredients of the snacks are generally wheat flour, corn flour and

rice flour, a variety of other cereal grains can also be processed such as barley, rye, oats,

sorghum, etc.

D. Products: Various shapes are available for the puffed corn Extruded snacks machine, including flower,

pinwheel, ball, ring, finger shape by adjusting the mould. This production line is also available

for producing core filling Extruded snacks machine.

E. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h,500kg/h.

A. Twin screw extruder

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process.

The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to

discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel which is made by #45 steel and is with

stainless steel coating.

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extending gear life.

d. Cutting knife is fixed on the die head seat; rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

e. Extruded snacks machine(CHINA) brands electronic parts is used in the controller box to make sure

the extrusion process perfect.
