A.Machine introduction:
The Tyre Making Machine can pyrolysis waste tire, waste plastic,used oil and waste rubber, the outcome is crude oil and carbon black without pollution.
If the raw material is waste tire, it can also output steel wires. All the products are used widely, in hotels,restaurants,bathing centers,power plants,engines,chemical sector etc.
1.The products output after pyrolysis operation are as follows:
1)Crude oil: 40%~ 45 %( Because the oil production depends on the quality of the tyre and
usually it's between 40%~45%)
2). Steel wire: 13%
3). Carbon black: 37% (can be used to make briquette)
4). Waste gas: 5%

There are two devices for removing the impurities from the oil gas ,one is gas separate tank ,The other is depositing tank. |
Cooling system |
The cooling pool---new design, makes up of 10 pipes, 6m for each, diameter is 219mm each, when the oil gas gets into it, it runs as "S" type, and the whole journey is about 60m, 45 sq.m totally.Thus increases the oil yeild rate. |

Oil gas output system |
When the temperature gets to some degree, the oil gas comes out. Then it runs into the gas seperate, the depositing tank, for removing the wastes. |
