These screw oil pressers, after more than ten year's investment and modification, are concise in structure, easy to operate, and similar in performace to the advanced oil nuts, beans, sesame seeds, cotton seeds, and many other oilseeds crops.
This oil press machine is composed of feeder, gearbos, pressing cage, screw shaft and machine stand etc.
This kind of screw oil presses utilizes the screw shaft which is set-up with different styles of screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber. Then the oil is separated out through the extrusion of pressing worm and pressing ring. This oil press machine is in accordance with the standard JB/T9793.1-1999 for screw oil press for farm use.

Packaging & ShippingGenerally,we adopt standard containers, bare main machine, motors and small parts are packed in wooden cases.Or depend on your demands. 1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box.Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easilydamaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.
