Technology of soybean oil refined machine
different technology. Features of these two technologies:
Physical soybean oil refined machine
Removing gums in oil with special degumming method. FFA in oil is removed by steam.
Chemical cooking soybean oil refined machine
Neutralize FFA in the oil with alkali. The gum and soap produced are centrifuges. The process
of refinery reduces the free fatty acid, phospholipids, carbohydrates, or proteins. The most
widely practiced form of refinery method is an alkali treatment.
Procedure
BleachingAdd white clay into the degummed oil. Under the 5TPD sunflower oil refining machine ,crude oil refinery equipment , batch vegetable oil refinery plant state, the oil is continuously mixed
with white clay in the continuous Bleacher. Main part of colour bodies as well as oxidizing
materials in the oil are absorbed by the white clay. After continuous Bleacher, the oil/clay
mixture is passed through Leaf Filters where the spent cis removed together with the
precipitated materials from degumming. The oil then passes through one of two alternatively
working safety filters before entering the next section.
DeodorizationOil deodorization is the process which makes use of the different volatility between the odor
substances and the triglycerides in the oils and fats to remove the odor substance by means of
the steam distillation under the condition of high temperature and fine 5TPD sunflower oil refining machine ,crude oil refinery equipment , batch vegetable oil refinery plant. Oil deodorized
can not only remove the odor substances, increase the smoke point of oils and fats, and improvethe
flavor of edible oil, but also can enhance the stability, color and quality of oils and fats to some extent.
Main equipments for soybean oil refined machine
1. Neutralizing (refining) : This pot is used to degum and deacidify.
2. Decolorizing (bleaching) : The function of this part is to move the color of the oil.
The color of the oil can be controlled by yourself.
3. Deodorizing: This is the part to move the odor of oil.
- Dewaxing: This is the special part for parts of edible oil refinery. Because some kinds of oil includes
- much wax, we must move the out.
The oil quality outcome standard:
1. Grade one for salad oil
2. Grade two for high quality cooking oil
3. Mixture and volatile≤0.25%.
4. Impurity≤0.2%.
5. AV (mgKOH/g)≤7
6. FFA≤3.5%.
