The process of transformer oil refining equipment

The reactor section :

1 - Firstly put the crude oil into the distillation furnace , secondly add some catalyst(PS : the catalyst is our exclusive formula , but we provide for free to our customers) into the Catalytic tower , then close it .

2 - Heating by coal, wood, LPG or other fuels, when the temperature reaches 250-330℃ , we can get a lot of oil , the oil will pass through the pipe into the condenser for condensing .

3 - The UN-liquid oil will be in the condenser for further condensing, the oil will come into the oil tank for storing .

4 - The High efficiency transformer oil refining equipment tank will help to improve the safety of the plant, the air through the water seal in the furnace for burning .

The exhaust disposal system:

1 - Apply Spray dust removal system , Non-condensable gas in the pre-heat treatment with the use of gas spray gun and draft fan, so that it can be burned fully , the gas in the combustion of harmful substances, in the process , the harmful substances in the gas have been burned out.

2 - In order to further respond to the requirements of national environmental protection, the gas after combustion is further carried out water dust removal. Through the filtration of spray dust removal system, the gas discharged into the atmosphere can be reached to the national environmental protection standard.

Desulfurization and filtration:

1 - The processed oil enters the desulfurization tank through the oil pump and performs desulfurization and impurity removal in the function of the desulfurizer.

2 - The processed oil enters the filter tank through the oil pump and achieves the purpose of filtration.
