I. Main parts and function of the oil refining equipment

1.Feeding system

---the raw material should be less than 8cm,then it will go into the reactor automaticly.

2.Heating system

---two heating rooms and indirect heating.

3.Cooling system

---4 new design condensers to convert the oil gas into oil.

4.Waste gas purifying system

---its function is to remove the acids, bad smell and dust from the waste gas, so the gas will be more clean and environmental friendly.

5.Smoke purifying system

---its function is to remove the acids,bad smell and dust from the smoke, so the smoke into the air will be clean and no

pollution.

6.Carbon black dischargering system

---we adopt the whole sealed automatic discharging system to ensure no carbon black flying out,so the whole process

Usually, we choose the Lianyungang port, because the distance between us is shorter than other port.

A: There are two ways to deal with the carbon black:One way is to sell it out directly.

The other way is to deep processing into N330,N660,N774 according to your

requirements.

A: It is full automaticly,there is a auto-loader connected with the main reactor, then the raw materials will

go into the reactor automacticlly by using the conveyor belt.

3. Q:Can you supply the layout of the machine?

A: Yeah, and we can design the layout of machine according to your workshop and

give you our suggestions.

4. Q:How long will it take to my country?

A: It depends, for example,it only takes about 15 days to Thailand; but to Poland, it takes about 30 days.
