80T/D Continuous and automatic crude palm oil refinery equipment

Palm oil refining is a very important process to produce first grade edible oil. According to the different usages and requirements, utilizing the physical methods to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance from the crude palm oil, and then you get good quality refined palm oil.

For common vegetable oil refinery plant, it includes four processes: degumming, deacidifcation, decolorization and deodorization. While for the palm oil refinery plant, we designed the Dry-degumming process Full Continuous Refining method. In this method we combine degumming process together with decolorization, and combine deacidification with deodorization. This refinery process has advantages of: low cost, less civil consumption, less oil lost and more steady quality of refined palm oil.

1. Continuous decolorization (bleaching)and filtering section

The newly complete continuous decolorization (bleaching) section uses two alternate filters. The mixing oil and earth flow into the 80T/D Continuous and automatic crude palm oil refinery equipment decolorization (bleaching) tower. The decolorized oil is pumped through the alternate filters. The valves are automatic switched. Filtered oil is pumped into deodorization section after safety filters.

2. Continuous Deodorization section

After heating with deodorized oil, the un-deodorized oil is pumped into 80T/D Continuous and automatic crude palm oil refinery equipment heat exchanger to be heated with conduction oil boiler before deodorization system.

Before deodorizer, the heated oil needs to pass through sieve-plate columns, which is specially designed to remove large amount of fatty acid. Right here, the fatty acid amount will reach absolutely low. Some odor material needs long time to be removed, but will be finally removed or inactive in column-plates. The oil reserved in the column-plates has been sprayed a ratio of mixing steam.

Fractionation

Oil is consist of triacylglycerol with different melting point, under certain temperature, separate the olein and stearin according to their different melting point and melting percentage. This is oil fractionation.

Significance of fractionation

1. Affect oil use value: for making food product like shortening and margarine etc, if the olein in oil is low, the food will be more stable, and can store 80T/D Continuous and automatic crude palm oil refinery equipment time.

2. Some first grade vegetable oil has a strict demand on the clarity, if the stearin is high in oil, the oil will seem cloudy.

We have pressing machine, solvent extraction machine, and refinery machine, our press/expeller can get cold pressed oil or hot pressed oil from peanut, sunflower seeds, corn germ, cotton seeds, soy bean, rapeseeds and other oil crops; our solvent extraction line can extracte oil from various cakes by solvent(leaching),like soy cake, peanut cake, sunflower cake and others; Our refining machine can help you get refined oil(decoloring oil, degumming oil, deacid oil), 1st to 4th grade cooking oil as your requirements.

The biodiesel machine can produce International standard biodiesel, like EN14214 standard, ASTM 6751-03 standard, DIN V 51606 standard.
