step 1: pretreatment of raw material oil: raw material oil is pumped into settling tank for removing the impurities. And then go into dehydration column after heat exchange.
step 2: distillation process: Raw material oil after dehydration, are pumped into kettle for heating. After reaching certain temperature, raw materials oil will convert to gas fraction, and go into distillation column automatically. This distillation column is shunt atmospheric pressure device. The gas fraction (raw material oil) are finally collected into light component tanks (gasoline and diesel).
