A.There are three parts in the Corn oil making process, pretreatment, leaching (extracting) and refining.
in this oil making process,the Essential oil equipments have to used,such as extraction machine, DTDC, refining pot, degumming pot and so on.
B.After the refining of five steps we can get the grade 1 corn oil,you can get different grade
oil with different equipment, the detail information we will talk in our specific condition.

solvent extraction method:

Oil refining is the synthetical process of physical and chemical procedure. In the procedure, accompaniment of oil is selectively acted, which makes the combination of impurities and oil be weakened, and separates the impurities from the oil. There are three kinds of crafts, they are continuous refining process, semi-continuous refining process, intermittent refining process. and included the following main equipments: degumming tank, nentralizing tank, centrifuge, heat exchanger, decolorization tower, dedorization tower, etc.
