5 ton/day Peanut Oil Refinery Equipment

Just take the 5 ton peanut oil production line for example, If Heat (hot press)Peanut for 5 ton oil per day, based on the oil extraction rate 50% of the raw peanut, it needs 400kg peanut per hour, we suggest our hot sale screw hot oil press machine 6YL-128, per machine can press the heated peanut 250-300 kg per hour, so we suggest 2 sets to extract oil at the same time 24 hours continuously working, and u should equip 2 electric roaster machines(our largest handle capacity is 240 Kg/h) to heat the peanut ,after the heated peanut is pressed by the oil press machine 6YL-128, about 24 hours continuous working , it will produce about 5 ton crude oil , the oil will be stored into a 5 ton capacity oil tank, then pump the 12 ton crude oil to the oil refinery equipment, processed with hydrated deguming, Alkalization deacidfication, activated clay decoloriation procedures, then packing it into bottles, storage;

Considering the oil refinery equipment, u should refine the total 5 ton crude oil for one time in the oil refine unit, the main principle are as below:

CrudeOil→Degumming&Dephosphorization→Deacidification→Drying→Decolorization→Plate Oil Filter→Finished oil

Crude oil refinery plant is suitable for various vegetable and animal oil, such as soybean oil,Peanuts oil, sunflower oil, rape seeds oil, cottonseeds oil, coconut oil, palm oil, niger seeds oil, rice bran oil, fish oil, seal oil, etc. It is suitable for different capacity of oil refinery plant:

small capacity 1TPD to 10TPD, which is batch type refinery plant

medium capacity 10-30TPD,which is semi-continuous type refinery plant

big capacity 30-600TPD,Which is full continuous type refinery plant

Introduction of four sections in crude oil refinery machine:

1.Degumming Section: Some impurity, such as Phospholipid, gum, and protein, can be dissolved into oil when there is no water, but once there is water in oil, these impurity can be dissolved into water. So, in degumming section, we use the hot water to wash crude oil for two-three times to remove these impurity.

2.Neutralizing Section: Crude oil contains much free fatty acid, which is harmful for health. Free fatty acid can have the reaction with caustic soda, during the reaction, it can be saponified and becomes soapstock, then small soapstock pellets will sink and becomes sediment and be pumped out. After neutralizing, most of the free fatty acid will be removed out.

3.Decoloriztion Section: Most of the crude oil has deep color because of the pigments, such as carotene, xanthophyll, etc. We use bleaching earth to remove pigments, because bleaching earth has strong adsorption capacity. Then pump oil into plate filter to remove bleaching earth, then pigment also will be removed out along with bleaching earth, then oil will be clean and transparent.

4.Deodorizing Section: Pure oil has no smell, but different crude oil has their special smell because of some volatile matters, for example the oxide for ketones, aldehydes, hydrocarbons. In deodorizing section, we deliver steam into oil continuously, and make sure steam and oil can fully contacted under high temperature and pressure, then volatile matters can be removed out along with the steam.
