(2)How to install the oil press?

1.Preparation before operating
2.After installing the machine, check whether lubricant has been filled in, bolts have been tightened, and handles are operable.
3.Check large pulley whether it is loose or blocked ,repair it if necessary.
4.Adjust the tightness of the belt ,switch on the motor and check its rotation direction.
5.Loosen the lock nut and tighten the screw to its end, then loose it for3-4circles and then tighten it again for half circle to assure the gap of the residue cake outlet.

(3)How to operate the oil press？

Step1: Make sure no impurities in the material before pressing.
Step2, At the beginning of pressing, oil flowing from the terminal adjustment bolt is normal.
Step3, Loose the terminal adjustment bolt if the discharged cake is too dry and crank turning
resistance is too big
Step4, Tighten the terminal adjustment bolt if the discharged cake contains too much oil residual.）

（4）How to clean the oil press？

Clean the oil press immediately after operation. Otherwise residual in the machine will get hard and affect next operation.

（5）How to maintain the oil press？

Every time after the end of the work, should remove machine residual cake, clean the dust on the surface of the grease machine.
