Soybean oil refinery plant is used to refine soybean oil ,According to degumming ,deacidificatin, decolorization and deodorization process .Get rid of the harmful impurities ( gums , FFA, pigment, odors )and needless substance in the crude oil . Aims at improving the oil storage stability ,flavor and color . Then get standard quality edible oil or provides qualified material for deep processing products .
Application :
All kinds of crude vegetable oil : soybean oil, mustard seed oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower seed oil,
peanut oil, rice bran oil, safflower seed oil, corn germ oil, camellia seed oil, etc.
The main process :
1. Degumming: Removing the phosphatide by adding hot water, when phosphatide meets hot water, it will become bigger and bigger, then out of tanks.
2. Deacidification: Removing the FFA by add alkali liquor (for taking neutralization reaction).
3. Decolorization(Bleaching): Remove the pigment by adding bleaching earth( it has strong adsorption of pigment), and the remaining bleaching earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.
4. Deodorization: Remove the oxide, solid particle and volatile gas.
