1. Our Qifeng Hydraulic Oil Press machines are easy to operate, automatic temperature and pressure control, least wearing and tearing, stable in performance, suitable for hot press process;
2. The Working principle: After heated and smoke removal, the materials are pushed and compressed in the press chamber by the oil cylinder powertrain, at the same time, the electrical control system cooperate with the hydraulic system when the pressure gauge is up to 60 Mpa, the electrical system stop working instantly, due to oil flow down from the press chamber, the pressure begin to gradually decrease, when the value of the press chamber pressure is down to 50 Mpa, the electrical system automotically start working , then the pressure rise again till to 60 Mpa, so again and again,about for 3-5 times, there'll no oil flow down. Finally, power off the motor, pick up the cake, enter the next press operation;

The main body consists of Baseboard, Support Columns, Roof Board, Press Chamber Powertrain, Drip Pan , Nuts; The Hydraulic Transmission System consistes of Transmission Axis, Turbin, Worm Gear, Gear Pump, High-pressure pump, Overflow Valve, Manual Control Valve, Oil Cylinder Powertrain, Pip Connector; The Electrical Control System consists of Motor, Voltmeter, Temperature Control Meter, Pressure Meter, Pressure Meter, Voltmeter, Power Source.
