Palm oil making machine
Palm oil machine mainly includes sterilization machine threshing machine, digesting machine, palm oil pressing machine (FFB pressing machine), fiber separation machine and crude palm oil purification machine in palm oil processing plant
1. Sterilization. Load fresh fruit bunches into sterilizing tank, inject direct steam into sterilization tank, inject direct steam into sterilization tank to reduce activation of bacterium and enzyme, avoid FFA from increasing and improve crude palm oil quality.
2. Convey sterilized FFB(fresh fruit bunches)to drum separator, separate EFB(empty fruit bunches)from FFB through rotating, EFB will be sent to pulverize for fertilizer back to orchard.
3. Thresh palm fruits through special machine then send them to press with twin-screw oil press, purify to get crude palm oil.
4. Solids from oil pres is sent to one separation device, separate fiber from nuts under wind action.
5. Fiber is conveyed to boiler as fuel.
6. Processed crude palm oil is mainly consists of solid muddy sand, water and oil. Solid parts are separated with vibration rotary screen, and crude palm oil is separated by means of statics. Heated crude palm oil is sent to Good Quality KINGDO Palm Oil Press Machine, Professional Palm Oil Milling Machine dryer by oil pump to remove moisture, and stored in crude oil tank. Processed sediments is discharged into sewage treatment channel, solids is used to fertilized land, steam boiler is mainly used to supply steam for generating electricity, sterilizing and heating, fuel is fibers and shells separated in palm oil production process.

More information about palm oil refining process
Oil refining machine includes physical oil refining machine and chemical refining machine. Physical refining machine adopts distillation method to remove FFA and get by-product fatty acid, chemical refining machine adopts neutralization deacidification technology to remove FFA to get by-product soap-stock. Refining process mainly includes degumming, deacidification, bleching, deodorization and dewaxing sections. We adopt hydration degumming and phosphoric acid degumming to remove phospholipids, adopt adsorption bleaching to remove pigment to make oil clear and transparent. For continuous physical refining in big oil refining plant, we adopt distillation method under high temperature and Good Quality KINGDO Palm Oil Press Machine, Professional Palm Oil Milling Machine condition to remove FFA and peculiar smell. For batch chemical refining in small oil refining plant, we adopt neutralization method to remove FFA and distillation method under high temperature and Good Quality KINGDO Palm Oil Press Machine, Professional Palm Oil Milling Machine condition to remove peculiar smell. For vegetable oil with high wax content, we adopt cooling crystallization technology to separate wax from oil.
