1. Process of the whole line:
Elevator → potato washing and peeling machine → picking conveyor → elevator → potato cutter → potato air bubble washing machine → potato blanching machine → dehydrate machine → potato fryer → de-oiling machine → flavor machine → conveyor → Nitrogen-filled packaging machine → Finished Potato chips
2. Introduction:
There are 14 machines in this potato chips making line. The main machines are following:
2.1 Potato peeling and washing machine: peeling and washing the potato, with high efficient and low consumption;
2.2 Potato cutting machine: cut potato into slice or stick shape, both of shape and thickness can be adjusted according to client’s requirement;
2.3 Blanching machine: can rinsing and protect color of the potato chips;
2.4 Dehydrator machine: use the centrifugal dehydration, reduce drying time, improve the taste of potato chips;
2.5 Frying machine: fry the potato, make potato chips tasty;
2.6 Deoiling machine: remove extra oil;
2.7 Flavor machine: by rotating, spray seasoning on the potato chips, keep no broken;

3. Raw material of the whole line:
The whole line ‘s material is 304 stainless steel, comply with the hygiene standards of food machinery, with high capacity, less manpower, less waste, easy operation and maintenance.
