Dehydrator, also known as vegetable dehydrator, food dehydrator, fried food deoiling machine, is a kind of centrifugal equipment used in food,crushing vegetable, fried food dehydration and deoiling.
The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel with centrifugal principle. It has the advantages of quick dehydration, high dehydration rate, little noise, no damage to vegetables and so on. The dehydrator adopts the principle of shock proof to reduce the vibration of the machine during operation and the rotation is steady.

work flow
1.The material(Food,Vegetable or fried food) is fed from the upper into the drum.
2.The upper of the dehydrator has a lid,you should covers it during operation.
3.Press the “Start”button starting the dehydrator.Under the dehydrator force function, the liquid(water or oil) passes through the dehydrator and discharges out of the dehydrator.
3.The dried Food,Vegetable or fried food is left in the drum.Press the “Stop” button stopping the dehydrator.The products can be taken out of the dehydrator automaticly by feed hopper.
4. Stop the dehydrator and drain the dried Food,Vegetable or fried food.
