Specification:
1.Mix the powder
First mix the potato and flour powder together,also can put into other material to mix them together to get the raw material. Then the potato powder and flour powder will be out automatically.
2.Bulking machine
Put the raw material into this machine, to get the products without shaping.
3.Finishing the shape and cutting machine
When we get the product without shaping, we will use this machine to get the shape and cutting it into what we wanted.
4.oil fried and take off the oil
Put the potato chips into this machine ,use oil to fry potato chips and become more crispy.Then the machine can take off the oil on their body automatic.deoiling for about two minutes ,then they can be crispy and nice.
5.flavor machine-
Put the de-oiled chips into the seasoning machine , adding spices according to the tastes of your choice, switch on the power, spices will be evenly attached to the French fries on potato chips.
6.Packing
The capacity is 60-100bags/hour
Generally ,these chips should be packed with Nitrogen.
