The whole equipment use SUS 304 stainless steel, fully automated production, without the specialist operations.
In front of the whole equipment can increase to mud cleaning and working procedure, blanching can increase roller cleaning before to improve the products.
Process flowchart :
Fresh Potato→→washing &peeling→→cutting→→blanching→→dewatering→→frying→→de-oiling→→flavoring →→packing
The steps:
1. Peeling machine: washing and peeling the potato.
2.Cutting machine---- cutting the potato into chips.
3. blanching machine---blanching the chips.
4. dewater machine-----make the blanched chips dehydration.
5. frying machine-------frying the chips
6. deoiling machine-----deoiling the fried chips.
7.seasoning machine/flavoing machine--add the dressing to make the fried chips more delicious.
8. packing machine------packing the potato chips.
