Introduction
This machine has the advantages of easy operation, high capacity. Stable forming, full stainless
steel. It peeling and washing the potato, at the same time, it also can cut the potato into different
shape,such as slice shape,strip shape,chips and so on, the thickness of the finished products can
be adjustable.
Process
Fresh Potato→washing &peeling→cutting→blanching→dewatering→frying→deoiling→
flavoring→packing.
Steps
1. Peeling machine-----washing and peeling the potato.
2. Cutting machine-----cutting the potato into chips.
3. Blanching machine----blanching the chips.
4. Dewater machine-----make the blanched chips dehydration.
5. Frying machine-------frying the chips
6. Deoiling machine-----deoiling the fried chips.
7. Seasoning machine/flavoring machine-----add the dressing to make the fried chips more delicious.
8. Paking machine-----packing the potato chips.
