How does a Snack Chips Line work ?

1.When the Snack Chips Line working. According to the recipe for the last product,Starches, fibers and liquids are mixed in a batch mixer.

2.The mixed product is then continuously and uniformly transferred to the core of the twin screw extruding system of the Snack Chips Line where it is cooked,formed and cut to extrude a homogeneous and controlled product under pressure.

3.Multiple shapes are produced by the die inserts at this point, including buglus,corn crispy and so on

4.Crispy snacks are then sent to be dried shortly where the product is quickly dried.

5.After drying,the snack could be fried directly or made other deep processing like seasoning.
