Our corn flakes breakfast cereals processing line is developed and manufactured based on international advanced extrusion technology.This line can produce corn flakes,coco crunch(cocoa crunch,chocolate crunch,koko krunch),cocoa puffs (coco ball),fruit loops (froot loops,fruit rings),chocolate rings,star cereals and many other different shapes of breakfast cereals products.The raw materials for this line are corn flour and other grain flour.This line is fully automatic which includes procedures : raw materials mixing,raw materials conveying,extrusion,flakes forming(pressing),drying,hot air puffing,sugar coating,drying and cooling.

5.Production process introduction
1.raw material mixer
Get ready the raw materials together with the water and other necessary ingredients for corn flakes and cereal products,put them into the mixer,and run the mixer for about 10 minutes.The raw materials for corn flakes and cereals are majorly the corn flour,wheat flour,rice flour,cocoa powder,milk powder.
2.screw conveyor
This machine conveys the raw materials from mixer to the twin screw extruder.
3.twin screw extruder (key machine)
This is the main machine of this line.The raw materials will be extruded and heated inside the extruder and when they come from the extruder die,you will get the round pellet products,this is the semi-finished products of corn flakes.
4.air conveyor
This machine conveys the round pellets products from the extruder to the hot air dryer.
5.hot air dryer
This machine drys the round pellets products with hot air and remove the moisture on the surface of the pellets,otherwise the pellets will stick onto the rollers of the following tablet machine.
6.air conveyor
This machine conveys the pellets products from the hot air dryer to the tablet machine.
7.tablet machine(presser,corn flaker machine,key machine)
This is one key machine of the whole line.This machine press the round pellets products into the flakes with the two rollers.The corn flakes beautiful shape are made from this machine.The material of the two rollers are high hardness stainless steel.And we install the cooling system on this machine to keep the normal working temperature of the two rollers.
8.air conveyor
This machine conveys the flakes from tablet machine to the dryer oven.
9.three layer oven
This oven drys the flakes products at the temperature about 100 degrees and this removes the moisture inside the flakes products.
10.belt elevator
This machine conveys the flakes products from the oven to the vibration spreader machine.
11. vibration spreader machine
This machine spread the flakes products by vibration and this makes the flakes go into the hot air heater machine evenly.
12.hot air heater machine(key machine)
This machine blows the hot air which temperature are at 300 to 400 degrees to the two sides of the flakes and make the flakes crispy.It also gives the flakes air blisters on its surface by the very fast high temperatrure air current.This is the key machine of the whole line.And this machine is our company’s patent product which the competitors do not have.
13.sugar coating line
This machine sprays the liquid sugar on to the surface of the corn flakes.
14.five layer oven with front belt elevator and back cooling conveyor
This oven drys the sugar coated corn flakes.
