1.Dry Ingredient Ribbon Blender
The Ribbon Blender creates a homogenous blend of dry ingredients for a variety of recipes that can be run through the extrusion system. It may also be used to evenly distribute oil or increase the moisture level of the dry ingredient blend to promote better processing and higher system throughput.
2.High-Pressure Extruder Machine
The High-Pressure Extruder Machine mixes and cooks the raw ingredients to produce expanded shapes such as curls and balls. Ribbons, popcorn and other shapes are also possible with additional development at our R&D Center.
3.Tumble Dryer Machine
The Tumble Dryer Machine reduces the moisture of the product to the proper, finished level, typically 1.5-4%. For many applications, this dryer is capable of handling product from two extruders at once.
4.Flavoring Machine
The Flavoring Machine coats the dried product with an oil-based seasoning blend to add flavors to the final product such as cheese, butter, or a variety of other savory combinations.
