Step one : Oill preatment &Prepressing production line

oil seed → cleaning →softening →shelling → crushing → flaking → cooking→oil pressing → crude oil

Oilseeds Pretreatment section is the most important part of oil processing equipment, oilseeds pretreatment equipment will use different configuration and technology as different material,different capacity and different finished oil level. Such as, rice bran pretreatment needs expanded section, palm fruit pretreatment need sterilizer section, Cottonseed pretreatment need delinting process etc.

Step two: Oil cake solvent extration production line

The solvent extraction plant is part of vegetable oil processing plant which is designed to extract oil directly from oil seed containing less than 20% oil like soyabean fter flaking or it extracts oils from prepressed or fully pressed cake of seeds containing more than 20% oil like sunflower, peanuts, cotton seed, palm kernel, canola, copra, castor and variety of other materials.

Main equipment of solvent extraction : Rotocel extractor(loop type extractor), evapo-separated machine, Long tube evaporator, stripper tower, condenser, absorber, conveyor, sealing auger and so on.

Step three: Crude oil refinery plant

Oil refinery plant usually includes the following sections: Degumming, Neutralization, Bleaching, Dewaxing and Deodorization. The process of removing these impurities after oil extraction section is called oil refining. The crude oil obtained either from expellers or solvent extraction plant contains impurities, which must be removed to make the oil edible, more palatable and stable against rancidity upon storage

1. Crude Oil Degumming: In this step gums in crude oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.

2. Neutralization: In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by adsorption on soap.

3. Bleaching: During bleaching, unwanted pigments are adsorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.

4. Deodorization: Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high 10T cottonseed oil refinery equipment ,crude oil refinery with degumming, decoloring, deodorized process pressure.

5. Dewaxing (necessary for cold areas)

Some kinds of oil like sunflower, maize germ or corn oil have waxes inside, if these impurities are not removed, the oil will freeze easily under low temperature, thus effecting oil quality and appearance. so this process is necessary in extremely cold areas.
